Automate It Away is a desk for real work. Homepage: automateitaway.com. AIA Internet’s public brand is ai.aia. The live desk stays on automateitaway.com. .aia is our pack and named desk AI file format. We do not claim on-chain ownership. We are not a bank, a carrier, a lender, or a law firm. Collect stays HOLD until a person taps Yes and a real money pipe is live. Yes is not a collect charge. Counsel rewrites this before a Collect money pipe is live. Do not treat this page as the final contract.

The world AIA Account

One person, one AIA Account. That book is what a world user signs up for. Desk name + desk code, email + password, or continue-with on a connection partner. After a world signup you still name the first desk and pick a desk code. A world handle is how people find you on People. It is not an email and not a login.

• Owner taps stay on the owner seat: Stop, money, delete a desk, desk code, pipes.
• Members, family, friends, and helpers never Stop or send money.
• Insurance desks say Insurance / Quote It Away. They never say Vita on the account, the widget, or a pack face.
• Each It Away shop keeps its own revenue, legal entity, and licenses. They do not share customer money or regulatory hats.

Special API Access with connection partners

Continue-with is identity only. A connection partner may attach to the AIA Account so you can open the same book. That login is not a pipe, not a draft key, and not Special API Access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar write, payments, policy systems, bind, premium, or commission.

• Scopes we ask a partner for: sign-in identity only — openid, email, and profile / name. Never Gmail. Never Drive. Never Calendar write. Never contacts. Never payments.
• What we store from that login: provider name, subject id, and if they give it, a name and an email. Apple Hide My Email and GitHub noreply addresses are not used to merge accounts.
• How we use it: open or link one AIA Account. Session on this phone. That is the limited use.
• What we never do with a partner token: Send, Stop, pay, draft, bind, place premium, pull commission, sell a list, score credit, or train a public model on your shop book.
• Paid pipes and draft keys stay on Connections. Owner connects those. A world login does not mint them.
• Unlink a door on Your account if another door remains (desk code, password, or another linked login).
• Export the book. Leave this phone. Logout every phone. Close-account stays HOLD until the live delete path exists.

Partners we list on the wall: Google, GitHub, Apple, Microsoft, X, Amazon, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, Vercel, Yahoo, and Ask for Grok / ChatGPT / Claude / another site. A door stays Hold until the app id is on this box. Ask means that vendor has not admitted AIA as a website login yet.

Terms (draft)

• You own your customer data. We process jobs in your workspace.
• You do not need a ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok account. We draft on our key unless you turn on your own key. Outside keys draft only. They never Send, Stop, or pay.
• Desk AIs draft. Humans Yes / Stop / Kill. They may not ship money, legal letters, or policy illustrations unless you approve.
• Square, eBay, Calendar, and carriers stay your accounts. A dead token is your connection.
• Owner accounts are free for now. A monthly charge may start later. We tell you before we charge. No card is taken when you open an account.
• Collect stays HOLD until Yes + a real money pipe. Pilot and held (409) jobs are not billed. No live Collect charge.
• Owners may list a custom pack in search or set an ask. AIA does not take a card for packs yet.
• Do not use AIA if you are under 13. Family seats for minors do not get a billed wallet and do not get a world login.

Privacy (draft)

• When live: the account book, jobs, audit, and sessions sit on the workspace server for automateitaway.com.
• No selling lists. No ads from partner identity data. No credit decision from this book.
• Model vendors used for drafts see prompt text we send. They do not get partner login tokens or Square payouts.
• Sessions last 14 days, slide on use, max 8 phones. You can leave one phone or every phone.
• Authenticator MFA stays HOLD. We do not email or text a reset code.
• Delete a workspace and its queue goes with it — once the live delete path exists. Until then: export, unlink, leave this phone.
